Where is my order?
Once we ship, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Standard orders take 3–10 business days to process and ship.
How do returns work?
Personalized orders are not returnable. However, if there is a mistake on our part or any damage when the item arrives, we will replace it for free — please reach out. Non-personalized items are returnable if the tags are still attached and the item has not been used or worn.
Expedited shipping
If you placed the order with expedited shipping, we will process and ship within 1–4 business days. If you need the product by a specific date, please contact us using our contact page before you place the order so that we can check if we can deliver in time.
